The largest barge ever to dock at Girard Point at the Philadelphia Refinery, was the Hygrade 95, which stopped recently to take on 57,000 barrels of JP-4 military jet fuel as part of a million-barrel government contract.  the barge requires a 5700 HP sea-going tugboat to move it.
